Best Bad Beat Jackpots (online)

after seeing somewhere bad jackpot terms I was wondering, where are the good sites & the bad of course, for them...

worst I saw, 4 jacks required, with 4 players dealt in, minimum of .25 raked in that hand to qualify.

best I saw was a full house of aces over 10's, AAA1010, with 4 in the pot, don't remember what min rake needed was, think it was ladbrokes...

I have thought of playing the bad beat tables before. I looked at a few the best I can remember is 4 7s. Can't remember what site it was on. I never played in any of them. I thought people would try to win the bad beat jackpot but instead they would bet people out of the hand. If I was playing if I had  4 of a kind I would check to the river and and push Allin hoping  someone got lucky and beat my 4 of a kind so we could win the jackpot.

Merge is quad 7s or better. Theirs is pretty tempting atm, over $800k.

I`m not sure if AP`s didn`t get to over a million once.

I`m very tempted to go and play some FLHE at Merge. Just being at the table where the hand is dealt would be very profitable and actually getting the bad beat jackpot would be life changing.

Merge Bad Beat

The Bad Beat Jackpot at Carbon/PDC/Merge currently stands at a whopping $890,000. I'm no expert, but a quick Google search showed me that the world record for a BBJ that was won is $861,000 at Absolute Poker. However, as has been stated here, you have to be sitting at a Bad Beat table where quad 7s is beaten by higher quads and that ain't gonna happen in a month of Sundays. I think the odds of anyone hitting any kind of quads at a table is 4,615 to one, so the odds of two people hitting quads of 7 or better at the same table is astronomical.

well it's kinda like playing the lottery, the odds of winning are super low, but it's the possibility of winning that drives us to play it...

as for quad 7's or better, some sites are quad JACKS or higher required, increasing the improbability of hitting it by a huge perceentage...

does anyone know what the odds for winning one are ?

It would be fantastic to win one of these BBJs. Especially the one on merge is very attractive at the moment. However i dont think u can sit down just waiting for the BB to kick in. When i chose to sit down at a cash table i usually prefer the BB-tables over the usual because they got that extra possibility to hit big. However i play it like every other cash table. I play to win a few dollars...i dont sit and wait for the BB. That could take a lifetime and u will lose more...rake is usually higher on these tables

Anyway....hope one of us is lucky to be on the table when this BB happens
