The Team Alternate League (OFC) - Season #7
	This Mini League will consist of the next 8 (pro-US) OFC events. Both the Freeroll and Buy-In events will be part of this Mini League. The winner will have this award permanently in his/her sig line.

Update (68*)

So why 68* for swoop.

There was a mistake with swoop's registration for this weekends OFC and for some reason he ended up registered for another forum. Now he did inform myself and the OFC of this before the games and i know that after the games, he has tried very hard to have the OFC change his result to award the points to us at APF.

Unfortunately, the OFC will not change any errors in registration (whoever fault it may have been) which means we won't be getting the freeroll that swoop's excellent 8th place would have given us coupled with the other 2 top 30 spots we achieved for that game.

Be that as it may, and although swoop didn't officially play for us, i am satisfied he tried everything to have his registration changed before and after these games and therefore i don't think it is fair that he should not get any points towards the league.

I feel the fairest decision is to award half the normal points for the finish, which gives him 68 points for the buyin. I know this is probably not perfect in anyones eyes but i feel it is the most resonable given the circumstances as i see them and that will be a final decision.

Note : Please do take extra care when signing up for these games. Obviously mistakes happen - perhaps it is one of us or perhaps it is the OFC system but most of the time, we haven't had problems like this so hopefully it was just a one off glitch !

As long as Swoop sets up a freeroll for us all out of his OFC winnings i have no problem with him being awrded full points for his finish

As you say he did try and get himself re-assigned to APF so if no-one else has a problem with it i think he should be awarded full points

Congratulations to swoop on winning this seasons Team Alternate League. No doubt he deserved with the amount of times he was the highest position finisher (half of the games) for the forum...
