As most of you should know by now, we're having a name change at the end of the month to the Alternate Poker Forum.

Now i always liked the way we abbreviated My-Local-Poker to MLP for references, titles, banners, avatars, etc and in thinking about these things for the future, i was wondering whether we should tend to use the full Alternate Poker name when referring to stuff or also abbreviate to APF (Alternate Poker Forum) as we do with MLP stuff.

eg. does the buy-in league become :

The Alternate Poker Buy-In League
The Alternate Buy-In League
The APF Buy-In League

....or does it really matter.

No doubt, all these options will end up being used at some stage, but i just wanted to put it out there and would welcome any thoughts and votes.

I'm in MPL, MLP, SC,hpc...lol...I like apf apl whatever...abreviations are good

Oh no........ not a name change! --- I only just got used to MLP ...

APF is good for me, but anything is OK, I'll learn to adjust.

I rather liked the MY part of MLP .... I wonder if My Alternate Poker would have worked. Then it'd be MAP and that would be so easy to remember. LOL

I am quite easy with all of them but my preference is for APF.

I like the mention of forum, a bit like Soft liking the my in MLP.
