Bookmaker Poker Special Freerolls - Every Sunday -

These games will be included in the APF Freeroll League Season 6 from 11.04.10.

These games have been sponsored for the forum by the renowned sportsbook Bookmaker.com and provided we get a decent response in terms of sign-ups, then i am assured we can run these weekly freerolls indefinately (so far running since the start of February). It really is up to you guys & gals. I am also adding some posting requirements as an ongoing thing which i hope will stimulate the forum a little more. Don't worry, it's not much and will take just a little effort to do. I'd like as many of you playing as possible so please read the details below to find out if you are eligible for these games.

The password will be sent by PM approximately 45 mins before the game.

Who's Eligible :
1, All members that download Bookmaker Poker through APF links or banners will be eligible for any of these games.

2, All members that have a minimum of 10 quality posts (not one liners - i'm sure you all know what i mean ) will be eligible to take part in the first game. These 10 posts must have been made prior to 24 hours before the game commences. You can check your eligibility here.
Important : After that, 3 quality posts will be required by everyone wishing to play before each of the next games. Again, these 3 posts must have been made prior to 24 hours before the game commences.

* If abuse starts to happen such as passwords being given out to those not eligible, i will review & possibly change how we run these. I hope we can try and avoid that.

Update On Screen Names

When the player signs up for his account he’s asked to fill in his preferred poker nickname.  If for some reason they are not showing up they are allowed to set their nickname once on new accounts by emailing support@truepoker.com

JR I listen to a radio show that has a very good tipster for sports betting. The guy owns a car dealership and is so confident that his picks will win he offers $1k off a car if he gets some wrong. If I get chance I`ll post his picks in the sportsbook section.

I've won $420 ($300 last week and $120 this week) worth of freeplays now, only problem is, I'm not very good at betting on sports.   I know you can always match bet into another sportsbook but I don't have much money.  It'll probably be hard for me to meet the rollover, but hey, I like having a big bankroll on bookmaker.  Do you know if there is any "expiration date" on the freeplay winnings?  I might like to wait until the next NFL regular season , that's about the only thing I feel comfortable betting on.

Freeroll Update

I'm happy to say that BookMakers have agreed to continue these games through March. The only change will be a switch to Thursdays, which will come into affect as of next week.

So that's another $800 of freeroll cash available to the forum !

once the tourneys get more players , maybe 20-30 im sure bookmaker will make this a regular freeroll.

interesting stuff at bookmaker,talked with a long time player on there last night.
seems quite a few players were banned , for having multiple accts and chip dumping. im still getting details.  more to come ....

well dont know how much they are on top of it, i know of 1 player who plays 2 accts in same  tournies, that stuff just drives me nuts.

i even caught the guy dead up. but he has slowed down a little but still doing it.

with the technology today, theres so many ways to cheat if you wanted to.
