	A series of 6 buyins at Poker Nordica featuring NL Holdem with coupons to the winners The winner will have this award permanently in his/her sig line Winner : KITYKATS

APF 3x33 Nordica Holdem League

So here it is, pretty much as voted for with a couple of tweeks here and there from the original idea. If we can have a good couple of months at Nordica during the period of this league, we may well get a little more sponsorship in the future.

If nothing else, it gives us another excuse just to meet up at the tables for some fun games, a chance at the award or medals and those nice little coupons that we have on offer for the overall top 3 winners.

hey guys! i would love to get back into APF and especially this league... however i can't be home at 4pm central to make these tournaments. and on the weekends it's hunting season. shucks. hopefully in a few months i can make it for the weekend OFC tournaments..... but for now i think im s*** out of luck

The gap closes with the pack picking up plenty of points in the yesterdays game.

However, shirun still maintains her slender lead.

Update

Just one point between the top 3 of Ramster, shirun & KITYKATS running into the last 2 games. Ramster just pips shirun as our league leader due to his one win from yesterdays game.

A group of about 5 or 6 players are not far behind them with every chance of getting back into the hunt.

Update

So it's all to play for in the last game. Ramster has a slender lead right now and can the big question is, can he hold onto a lead from this position as we've seen him here before ...no pressure mate.

shirun is just 2 points behind and perfectly placed to steal the award at the death and back-up her recent Buyin League title.

Let's not forget JR and KITYKATS. JR moves into the final coupon slot because of his one win this season but both players can still win this league with a big finish and we shouldn't totally count out HOUSECATS who still has an outside chance of picking up a top 3 finish.

Bit of drama at home prevented me from playing tonight
I was regged and ready to play but about 15 minutes before the game started my wife slipped on some ice and we had to go to the hospital (so i de-regged, might have paid to stay in but thats not my style)
Everything is ok with our lass (just some bad bruising)
I was looking forward to tonights game but sometimes its not the most important thing to be doing

Update

So it was drama all the way surrounding the final game in the APF 3x33 Nordica League. Firstly, our final game leader, Ramster, was forced to pull out to circumstances out of his control .....sabotage?

.....we think not but what an unlucky way to not only have a chance to win the award for first place but also slip out of the top 3 coupon winning positions.

So that left shirun in pole position and with a solid finish looked good for the title. But then came KITYKATS, emerging from 4th place in the table and with her first win of the series to leapfrog into the top spot and take the award.

Congrats also to JR, who when down to the final 3, was also still in with a shout of first place. His third place finish did however secure the last of the $33 coupons.

Well done to everyone on an exciting finish and once again commiserations to Ramster (and happily a good end to that story).

Still no response from our rep so i've requested the coupons for a week later on these dates :

JRice1957 = Jan 15th

Edit : just received an automated response saying our rep is away until Jan 13th. I may hear from him before then of course.
